    I do intermittent fasting and normally eat at 1pm so as you can see, this was WILD. Woke up to something urgent at work and I didn’t want to risk not doing my best. This was the first “breakfast” I had in over a year which felt weird. Didn’t get a breather until after the issue was dealt with and I scarfed down this emergency protein bar that I’ve lugged around for 92188 years.

    Ended the night with this dessert experiment which… I mean, it was yummy but I would have preferred a big fat brownie after my long day lol. It’s Japanese sweet potato & butternut squash blended with melted chocolate, set in the fridge overnight. REALLY dense and filling.

    Sorry, ong ramble. I really struggle with changes in routine so I’m proud of myself for not giving up.
