Day 2…..1,500 calories (113 carbs, 131g protein).

Breakfast; English muffin with pat of butter, 2 eggs, tomato, avocado

Lunch: spinach greens with chicken, tomato, feta, oil/vinegar, carrots and cucumber slices

Afternoon snack at work: cutie and cheese stick

Snack at home: turkey breast and crackers

Dinner: chicken/cheese quesadilla with salad, lime, and plain Greek yogurt

Bedtime snack: Oikos protein yogurt

Exercise was limited today…long commute + long work day. Snuck in a walk before dinner – 7k steps

Overall a good day. My personal calorie goal is currently 1500 so I hit that and hit my macros.

Not thrilled about the lack of exercise. I REALLY need to get up early and workout before the day starts…..I’m lacking motivation there. I’m a “need 2 cups of coffee before I can even open my eyes” kind of morning person 😅
