
it’s called “koh” in my country but this is a “healthier” version.
the dough is made out of 8 eggs, 9 tablespoons of semolina and stevia and the dessing is made out of 1L protein milk, stevia and little bit of vanilla extract.
so you mix the eggwhites then add stevia and yolks, preheat the oven on 200 degrees celsius, bake it on 180 degrees for 15 minutes. in the meantime you cook milk with stevia and vanila extract and when the dough is baked you pour it over gently and put it in fridge. when its cold you eat it.
of course the original recepie with sugar is better, especially for the ones who hate the stevia aftertaste, but I liked it.
the whole cake is about 1400-1450kcal and 120g of protein, I divided it in 12 pieces.
