This was really filling!

Just on day 2 and feeling pretty good about myself, I logged everything and hit 1200 on the nose. This does take some thought but I didn’t feel restricted 🥰

The “ranch” I used fat free greek yogurt, lemon juice, water and a pinch of onion powder, dill and garlic powder. I didn’t count those calories as I thinned it with water and still recorded 1/4 cup of yogurt when it was less than that after adding water.

I had a 100 cal bagel and light cream cheese and green juice and coffee with cream in the morning, for lunch I had a carbonaut sandwich with turkey and spinach and mustard and cream cheese and cucumber slices and more yogurt ranch. And I have already logged that I will snack on some pork rinds and sparkling water after I get the kids to bed!
