hi, I saw a lot of videos of this Korean punch called “huachae” that was really pretty and refreshing-looking. It’s generally comprised of sprite, strawberry milk, and fruit— very simple and not necessarily high calorie to start with.

I made some swaps using the below:

Summary list:
-zero calorie Sprite/Sprite Zero

– Fairlife zero fat milk & nesquick strawberry powder
(OR Fairlife strawberry protein milk)

-watermelon + any other fruits you want to add

-zero sugar jelly chunks (if desired)
