Height: 167 cm
Weight: 65kg
Aiming to lose about 5kg starting from today!
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet (no oil) and coffee
Lunch: rice with frozen mixed veg, air fryer chicken (seasoning: chilli powder, Mediterranean seasoning, parsley, chilli flakes; turmeric in the rice
Realised I skipped the hot sauce LOL but it was 30 cal max so added manually here even though it’s not in my app screenshots
Dinner: Greek yoghurt with protein powder
(Had a good amt of food yesterday so eating a little less than usual – plan on eating more for dinner everyday, probably a bag of frozen blueberries cause it’s 200 cal for a whole bunch and good for volume eating)
Does anyone have any thoughts on nutrients vs calories (like I know my carbs are higher than I’d like but if it’s sustainable does it rlly matter?). Does this seem okay?
