
Period day 2 is kicking my butt but it’s nice to know how low calorie sushi actually is. Salmon roll for 10 pieces is around 600 calories and another maybe 600 for the sashimi I didn’t drink the soup but ate most of the sashimi and sushi rolls and had a few dumplings with it and a zero calorie soda. My partner ate the left over food that I had. im guesstimating for what I ate maybe a little over 1200 calories
Any tips for period cramps im already going pain meds and a heating pad!
