My wife and I had a cheese plate at a Georgian restaurant about a year ago and she still raves about one of the cheeses we had there but we haven’t been able to figure out what it is. Does anyone know what the red cheese with black specks is? We ordered this from a Georgian restaurant in Łódź, Poland and we’ve returned twice since ordering and can’t remember which restaurant it is from. (Pretty sure it’s on Pietrowska street).
If anyone knows any what kind of cheese this is we will be forever grateful 🙏
