HELP PLEASE! 5’6/32F/SW267/CW206/GW197
I’ve been the same weight since April 4 I’ve been eating roughly 1500K Day in and day out except last Saturday I splurged on cookie crumbl. I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week since March and recently began Supreme 90 day workout for which I am currently on day 13! I had the illusion that once I started this new workout regimen I would shed the pounds quicker! I am in disarray and feel like saying FUCK IT ALL.
