    What temp do you roast at and for how long? Do you flip yours? Roast everything all together? They look soooooo good! I want your secrets.

    Those look delicious! I love sheet pan veggies! Friendly unsolicited piece of advice when roasting veggies- if you spread them out more they’ll roast/char. When the veggies are too tightly packed on the sheet pan they steam.

  5. I love the point in roasting broccoli where it makes the color much more vibrant.

    Unfortunately, my body has decided it hates broccoli lately, which sucks because it was my favorite vegetable!
