I’m not a big day time eater, never have been so I eat one large meal at night and then snack til bed time. This sausage casserole and veggies with mash has been my go to meal recently. The chicken sausages are only 54kcals each so I have 3 of them. Its a large meal I know but you could scale down to portion size if you wanted to. The tomato base is just 1/2 a can of chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, chill flakes, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.

Really enjoying this meal atm and its very filling
