







Swipe for macro breakdowns & recipes. This was originally an Amazon Meal Kit recipe card that I got way back when they had meal kits for sale at Whole Foods. I saved all the recipe cards so I could just make these meals again for myself. They don’t list the amounts of everything you need though so I had to guesstimate quite a bit but I was able to get it pretty close and I made some changes here and there to make it diet friendly… e.g. non fat Greek Yogurt instead of crème fraîche. The salmon was skinless and cooked in a non stick pan with a small puff of olive oil spray just to help prevent sticking, and the chicken for lunch was coated in pepper and curry powder with a small bit of lemon juice and then cooked in a sous vide, then I pan seared it high heat to get it hot and to give it a crispy sear. Super delicious meal though it did push me over a bit on my fat macro (I only get 35g of fat per day per my bodybuilding coach.) Was so incredibly good and filling though!! 🙂 I had the dinner last night and the lunch was leftovers from the dinner today and I added extra cucumber for volume. I’m going to have a tomato “risotto” tonight for dinner that I would love to share here too so maybe I’ll post that later as well.
