it’s so fun to make potatoes. get some baby potatoes, cut them up, add some incredible seasoning and put them in the air fryer for 13 minutes on 400°. 5 oz of baby potatoes is ≈100 calories. the seasoning i used is a lemon garlic pepper seasoning plus some salt i added.
try to experiment with different seasonings, it makes a huge difference. i make a scrambled eggs version too. same ingredients. as the scrambled eggs cook, i add the turkey bacon and potatoes cooked separately. then pancakes on the side. this version has over easy style eggs.
remember that potatoes are awesome and low calorie. and carbs won’t kill you or make you fat. get an air fryer to make them for great results.
also this whole meal is around 40 grams of protein
