Been lurking for a minute, finally gonna commit to 1200 until the end of May or until I hit my goal weight. Will post on occasion for accountability. Not the best meals right now since I recently decided to start the diet and I got stuff in the house I need to use.

Meal 1 – 450g Chicken Congee with 5g chili crisp

Snack 1 – Equate Vanilla Protein Shake

Meal 2 – Salad with cabbage, lettuce, 24g roasted almonds, topped with 170g Chicken Nuggets by RealGood Foods and 30g Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

Snack 2 – Half of a Fulful Protein Bar
