I’m addicted to matcha lattes so I found a way to make my own healthier version at home. 225 calories, no added sugar, 35g of protein. Matcha protein iced latte.
Leanfit whey powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tsp matcha over ice ☺️
I might try making it with water instead of milk in the future to further reduce the cals but the added protein boost from the milk is kinda worth the +90 cals.
