I can’t tell which one to follow – I love Cronometer because of the gram weight, but MyFitnessPal has a lower range on my deficit. So far, I’ve seen minimal progress with MyFitnessPal due to not being able to properly track food, but Cronometer has my TDEE set higher than what I’ve seen in the past. What have you guys had the most luck with?
