I woke up ravenous today so wanted to make myself a hearty breakfast. Not pictured is the chia latte I made with a gold standard protein shake. I don’t usually have this with breakfast but I was craving caffeine and decided to treat myself. I usually will just have a cup of tea, no milk or anything.

On macros, the diced peppers (12 grams), avocado oil spray (≥1g), the 1g of lemon juice for the abocado avocado, and Cholula hot sauce. I didn’t track spices, but I used salt, pepper & paprika in my eggs.

It was my first time trying the sweet potato hash brown & it was delicious. I will definitely keep buying these from now on. Outside of my oatmeal bowls, this is probably the breakfast that provided the most satiety. Super tasty & super quick to make. Also love these sausages, 2 links are 60c for 9g of protein.
