I’m hooked on greek yogurt dip. This 100g bowl is around 70 calories with 11g of protein. I used to use light ranch for my dip, the equivalent volume of that would have been 250 calories and 1g protein. Plus yogurt has probiotics!
I used to only eat greek yogurt with honey & fruit but once I discovered you can make it savory it’s been a game changer. I usually make either a spice blend or a cilantro lime sauce. It’s *chefs kiss*
