I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to “Taste Atlas” for the cheese image and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!
Here is your daily cheese facts: Picture a lakeside picnic on a clear summer day. That’s the kind of easy, breezy eating embodied by Sunny Ridge, crafted by Blakesville Creamery on the shores of Lake Michigan. Inspired by French St. Nectaire, this semi-firm wheel is washed in beer from Chicago’s is/was brewing, bringing a slight fruitiness to the rind. But what makes this cheese so special is the clean, bright flavor of goat’s milk that shines through. Bring out that goaty tang with some Pacific Pickle Works Carriots of Fire.
Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

Looks very similar to our Petit Doruvael 🙂
This cheese tastes like aged feta, which can be an interesting flavor. But it’s also quite expensive per pound and molds quickly.
