
I ate this at 6:00pm, it’s 12:08am and I’m still full, I have 0 hunger. And it’s been like this ever since I introduced rice and chicken into my daily diet.
I’m still 503 calories shy from the 1,500 calorie goal and don’t get me wrong, I’ll definitely have to force myself to eat at least 300 more calories. But why does it satiate me so much? Is it the protein? The rice?
I could eat 3 pounds of lasagna or a 12 slice pizza in one sitting and still have space for 1 more plate of food but this simple dish has me feeling too full, has me feeling like I’m in a genjutsu.
Any answers will be appreciated.
