

I’ve seen a few of these kinds of posts here recently and thought I’d share mine (19M) today! I’m a big snacker and a bit of a volume eater when it comes to dinners and lunches. Here’s everything I ate and the calories:
• Breakfast – Raspberry white chocolate Skinny crunch bar (66cals)
• Lunch – Multi seed bagel with ham, low fat cheddar, lettuce, tomato and extra light mayonnaise (362cals)
• Early afternoon snack – Half of a birthday cake warrior crunch protein bar (121cals)
• Afternoon snack 2 – 100g Mixed grapes (61cals)
• Dinner – Chicken Amritsar Chole with green beans and wholegrain rice & quinoa (629cals)
• After dinner snack – half a banoffee warrior crunch protein bar (120cals)
• Night snack – Salt and vinegar walkers crisps (128cals)
Finished the day at 1487 aka 13 cals below my limit. Tried a few new things today since I did a food shop yesterday, I was impressed! 128g protein today too with dinner being a whopping 74g of that alone!
