Sunday, woke up late. Had a sweet tooth hankering so made a banana, strawberry and yoghurt smoothie. No added sugar. Eggs, nuts and coffee.

Lunch was Rice with soya chunks and some steamed and stirfried veggies. Yoghurt with shredded carrots , bell peppers, salt and black pepper. Spicy Pepper pickle on the side. Had this twice!

Sweeth tooth was still bugging me so had some sweets (besan laddu and peda) with Milk (which I LOVE but can’t usually have due to allergies). Dinner is Dessert! 😋

Going to bed a happy glutton!
