2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt (for dipping… I suggest the honey vanilla from Greek Gods, delicious!) (150~ cal)
1 apple cinnamon nutrigrain bar (130 cal)
Total: 360 calories
Lunch:
Everything bagel thin (110 cal)
1 large egg, cooked (72 cal)
1 slice American cheese (great value pre sliced is 50 cal per slice)
Cheeze it snapped jalapeño jack crackers (20 crisps for 150 calories)
Total: 382 calories
This leaves me around 450 calories for dinner and I’m going on a bike ride after work with my boyfriend so I’m allotting myself a little extra calories. These meals are so tasty and so filling!!! Still getting the hang of this but so proud with my progress.
