This was so satisfying. Idk what to call it but here’s how I made it!

I prepared a full box of Annie’s Classic Cheddar Macaroni + Cheese. (640 cals)
While that’s boiling I preheat the oven to 425F.
I made the Mac n Cheese just as you normally would (though I use water instead of milk).
I use 40g total of Margarine (280 cals), part of which goes directly into the noodles after they’re strained and part of it is used to grease a baking dish.
Put the mixed noodles into the greased baking dish.
Add 600g of egg whites (270 cals) then cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Removed the foil and topped with 4 Thick Slice Kraft Singles (280 cals).
Then I switch the oven to broil on low and let the dish cook for 5 to 10 more minutes to melt the kraft singles.

Total calories for the entire thing would be about 1470, each square being about 375 cals, 24.5g protein, 15g fat, 36.2 carbs.
