
I was craving an apple fritter and cinnamon rolls. I got a dozen crispy creme free plain glazed with a food order.
I have a ton of apples so I thought why not? It’s comfortable food. So instead of trying to make apple fritters or cinnamon rolls this seemed easier.
This will fill you up.
2× Donuts 380 calories
3 small apples cooked in coconut oil in a small pan add cinnamon and some coconut sugar.
One Donut on the bottom then add your sauté apples in the middle then top with other Donut.
I added about half the cooked apples. I made two servings and used half. It was approximately 460 calories ÷ 2 = calories
