i realized photographing and posting my meal preps motivates me to actually finish it each week haha so here it is again !! of course, i eat 1200+ calories, but i am trying to fix my habit of relying on snacks through this :)! hope this gives recipe ideas though

+ cups : marinated cucumber + tomatoes

+ box 1 : kimchi pancakes (if you’ve never had this, i highly recommend! the majority of calories come from 1/4-1/2 cup of flour, depending on how large you make the pancake and you don’t need to make any low cal subs [except oil spray for oil]) & egg shrimp spinach stir fry

+ box 2 : roasted broccoli & zucchini bread that was discolored by frozen blueberries added in šŸ˜…

a simple week but wanted to share for those who don’t know about kimchi pancakes !
