Felt bold this morning, so I made a ground beef bulgogi and some fresh rice. Happened to have frozen corn, so I popped it in the microwave, and had some leftover cucumber. Here’s my bowl & proportions!

– 1/2 cup ground beef bulgogi (160cal)
– 1/2 cup calrose rice (80cal)
– 1/4 cup frozen corn (40cal)
– 2 tsp kewpie mayo (67cal)
– furikake (12cal)
– 4 cucumber slices (4cal)
