I made these and more meals during a weight loss journey a couple years ago
You can still eat the foods you enjoy you can still lose weight and be happy
I have made butter chicken, garlic naan, nachos, burgers, gyros, asada tacos, tuna melts, etc
I get to drink wine, trulys, zero sugar sodas
It’s all a learning process and you don’t have to deprive yourself of anything you love ❤️
