  2. ALDIs has some thin crusts between 700-800 for the whole pizza. On days I have long runs I crush them for dinner šŸ˜‚ I make sure to eat fruits and veggies with lunch!

    That garlic buttery stuff is only 100 calories? That’s crazy, it tastes like it would be about 500 calories.

    Ok so! I feel passionately about this because I do it myself and cannot go without pizza regularly. If you order dominos, a small pizza is 6 slices, but the trick is changing the crust to italian and the cheese to reduced fat when creating your own which takes the pizza 909 calories to 666 calories which is a good meal but allows me eat other meals too!

    I mean, if you shave off a few hundred calories each day, by the end of the week you’d have enough ā€œleftoverā€ calories! That would get me through the week lol.

    this is why i did well on omad XD something like this for dinner and not having to feel bad about it. idk how long you have been doing omad but it gets really easy after your body adjusts to not eating outside of your 1 meal. i stopped getting hungry entirely until dinner. even if its over 1100 youre still likely well under maintenance. i got to the point where my stomach shrank too so i wasnt able to eat as much and i could stop counting while still losing. tbh i think i need to start up again and this is pretty motivating for that šŸ™‚ good luck!

    I think I might start doing something similar. If I have 7 pieces of Little Caesars’ cheese pizza(pretzel crust or normal) that’s about 1700 to 1750 calories. I might start doing that for OMAD once or twice a week.

    My favorite pizza is from MOD. I customize a vegan cheese and sausage pizza with like 5 veggie toppings on an 11 inch pizza for 800cals. It’s the only time I get to eat a whole pizza!

    I get the vegan sausage, vegan cheese, red sauce, artichoke, roasted garlic, arugula, red onion and roasted red peppers. Pizza for dinner is the best 🤤

    No because when I did OMAD this is exactly how I did it. Full greasy margarita from a local chipper OR a veggie Falafel, chips and Halo Top.

    Definitely not sustainable but so! Fun!
