Costco canned chicken + broccoli + a touch of mayo + togarashi seasoning and salt/pepper!

With the bread it brings it into just around 400 calories. (190 for bread, 100 for chicken, 40 for mayo and ~100 for butter and cheese which you can skip!)

On the heavier lunch but it’s high in protein so it’s pretty filling and I have a lighter breakfast but the buttered bread is worth it.
