App: LoseIt

So I took some advice from my last post and decided to add some carbs back into my diet and just up my workout routine.

You can see my current meals so far, as well as a small snack I had today that was 90kal.

Well… I did a 40 exercise workout on this app called ButtocksWorkout. Basically a huge range of leg, core and butt workouts. Just wanted to try something different. 30 second breaks between each exercise. About a count of either 10 or 15 per workout, or 10 to 15 seconds. My legs do burn a little bit afterwards and I feel like I followed the steps as accurately as I could (some moderation due to stomach size).

And it’s telling me over 800kal was burned? And that I’m in negative calories? Is this accurate? Or should I just stick to the 1300-ish calorie intake with no subtractions?
