Am I undereating? I find myself averaging around 700 to 800 calories a day, but I do eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a couple of snacks throughout the day. Today’s meals included:

– Breakfast: 2 slices of keto bread with cream cheese and grape jelly, egg whites with mushrooms, and cottage cheese.
– Lunch: French fries with ketchup. (I like my fries soft so please don’t attack me)
– Snack: Greek yogurt vanilla pudding with chocolate chips.
– Dinner: Roasted corn, broccoli, shrimp, and potatoes.
– Another Snack after dinner: Belgian chocolate truffle.

I feel really satisfied after eating and don’t feel restricted, but the calorie count is making me a bit nervous. I definitely try to eat lower-calorie foods to stay in a deficit, but I worry that the total calories are too low since I should be consuming 1200 a day. At this point I’m only having around 60% of my calories and that’s already in deficit. What’s your take on this? I’d love to hear outside opinions
