




You guys…. This meal truly unlocked something in my brain. I’m doing IF and had a killer fasted workout in the gym this morning so I knew it was time for a BIG lunch. I indulged on this one for sure but I think it would be super easy to carve off 100-200 calories if you wanted to!! Came out to right about 600 calories <br> <br>
— 1 tbsp of butter in the pan, add your chopped white onion, then your chopped zucchini (I used one whole zucchini but a half or 3/4 would’ve been plenty) + as it cooks, add your 2 tsp of taco seasoning <br> <br>
— 1/4 cup of feta in the pan, cook on medium heat, then add a corn tortilla on top. Cook until you can see it getting crispy then flip! <br> <br>
— Add the veggie mix into your tortillas. I used 1/4 avocado between the two “tacos” and served it with guacamole salsa to dip. <br> <br>
SOOOO GOOD😭 I miss it already LMAO
