You could probably lick a piece of chocolate with that many calories left!!! What a treat that is

I love pickles especially the little baby dills. Bread and butter is not my bread and butter so I avoid those but pickles are always a win

Save it. One day in the near future you’ll have a Wendy’s Baconator and that one calorie will be absolutely key in preventing you going over your budget.

  4. If you only have 1 calorie you might as well have nothing bc not much is just 1 calorie tbh

  5. Save it up – One calories saved a day will be something nice for the end of the year!

    Alternatively, a shot of water!

  6. You can just live in complete denial and sem-regularly leave <9 calories left over at the end of the day. Then one day when you go over by a huge amount because it was this or that special occasion you just imagine that all those times you had some calories to spare all added up to account for this moment. Certainly DO NOT look up any averages and just accept blindly that it just works out.

Find your nearest bakery and ask if you can lick their service counter. The crumbs should add up to just about.
