

These were amazing. I used extra firm tofu and tossed it with oyster sauce, garlic and black pepper before air frying it. I made the filling by sautéing red cabbage, shredded rainbow carrots (I keep a bag of them in my freezer) and the sauce that I tossed the tofu in. Once the veggies were cooked down I put them on butter lettuce leaves and put the crispy tofu on top. One package of tofu (10oz), half a head of red cabbage and a handful of the carrot ribbons made a huge amount of food (I divided it onto 3 leaves of butter lettuce with some left over), so I divided it all in half and will eat the rest tomorrow.
** The calories listed and the meal in my photo are for 1/2 of what I made since I divided it into two meals, but you could eat it all and it’s still pretty low and super high in protein.**
*I didn’t include the lettuce in my calories because 3 butter ettuce leaves is maybe 3 calories. The garlic was about a clove worth, so maybe 5 calories? Oyster sauce has so much flavor for almost no calories. For reference, that plate is 10.5 inches across.
