Gonna go to the gym tomorrow (even though it’s technically my rest day) so I wanted to make sure I ate healthy.

As for the rest of my exercise, this week is my 2nd week of doing Chloe Ting and so far I really like it.

Only 9 weeks to prom!!! I’m gonna do my best to lose weight and look good.

Food:

Protein yogurt with strawberries and nuts for breakfast, lettuce/broccoli/tomato/blue cheese salad for lunch and some chocolate milk (not shown)

1200 calories, 66.7 grams of protein, 82.2 grams of carbs, and 68.2 grams of fat for the whole day. This doesn’t count any calories I’ll burn at the gym 🙂
