


This sub turned me on to the Bolthouse Farms Honey Mustard dressing/dip and OH MY GOD. I am going through so much of it. But I couldn’t help but think that I could make a giant batch of it myself, for less money and with more protein. So I set off to do it, and I think I cracked the code. Recipe on pic 2. I added about 1/2tsp of salt also – you can add it to your taste. Results are higher in protein and lower in calories per gram, plus, creamier!
