This has become my favourite breakfast, keeps me full till lunch!

45 g oats
200 ml milk
1 tbsp almond butter
20 g almonds
80 g blueberries

I cook the oatmeal in a small pot. In this photo I added fresh blueberries on top, but Iโ€™ve started adding them to the oatmeal a couple of minutes before itโ€™s done cooking, and itโ€™s THE BEST THING! It makes the blueberries heat up and some of them pop, making them seep into the oatmeal which almost makes it taste like dessert!

I stir in some almond butter when itโ€™s done cooking, for some added fat and protein. Chop almonds to add on top.
