
This has become my favourite breakfast, keeps me full till lunch!
45 g oats
200 ml milk
1 tbsp almond butter
20 g almonds
80 g blueberries
I cook the oatmeal in a small pot. In this photo I added fresh blueberries on top, but Iโve started adding them to the oatmeal a couple of minutes before itโs done cooking, and itโs THE BEST THING! It makes the blueberries heat up and some of them pop, making them seep into the oatmeal which almost makes it taste like dessert!
I stir in some almond butter when itโs done cooking, for some added fat and protein. Chop almonds to add on top.
