I just eat lunch and dinner each day with my lunch being the larger meal. This is a sardine sandwich with cheese, mustard and spinach, sugar snap peas with hummus, a banana, 2 mandarins, bag of frozen green beans, layer of spinach topped with lentils and salsa, greek yogurt and PB2, and a free can of soda from an event.

I like to go for volume eating with lots of vegetables and fruit, and this definitely hit it! I struggle with moderating my sodium intake, but oh well.
