


Hola! Started lurking here yesterday and decided to join the fold after seeing so many helpful meal & snacks ideas. For the record, I’m not doing 1200/day as I’m 5’7 & that would prob not be healthy for me. I’m currently doing 1450-1600/day.
Ideally I aim to get 30g-40g of protein with my breakfast but today wasn’t one of those days. I got my period & I feel like shit so what I really wanted to do was eat a bowl of frosted flakes or order some French toast, instead I made this in a few minutes.
Usually I make this with different bread, but I was all out. Still tasty, just a bit higher calorie than usual. I’m from LATAM and grew up eating “pan con avocado” (avocado with bread) before the whole avocado toast craze so this is a comfort food for me.
I’ll catch up on my protein intake with a protein shake when I’m inevitably hungry 2 hours from now.
