I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to improve my breakfast. I have been using my days off to try different breakfasts so I know what I like to make meal prep easier. I usually have hard boiled eggs on work days but I wanted to add something more now that I work 12 hr shifts and don’t typically eat another full meal till after work. Is there anyway to add more flavour, protein, less calories or volume? Or what do you usually make for breakfast?
