Meal Prepped the Breakfast Burritos last Sunday to use up some stuff from the fridge and do not regret… defrosted overnight and then 12 minutes in the air fryer this morning.

A big turning point for my relationship with food whilst still being able to count calories has been focusing on the actual nutritional value of my food. Fruits, veggies, etc. I know this isn’t a perfect nutritional meal – but it’s balanced beyond just eating two Grenade Bars for breakfast every day and wondering why I’m so hungry by 11am!
