

I discovered these microwave sides/meals and they have been perfect for days when you’ve used most of your calories allowance. Or good anytime really. It’s as close to a big bowl of mac & cheese as you can get for 210 calories. I add picante sauce to mine but you could add whatever you like from protein to veggies to spices to jazz it up. The company has a variety of options but they may be hard to find in stores. Amazon in the US has some options available. Highly recommended!
