

tried this new brownie recipe & i loved it!!
ingredients (4 servings):
• 2 apples
• 30g of chocolate protein powder (i used the s’mores flavor from blessed)
• 30g of cocoa powder
• 2 medium eggs
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 15g of chocolate chips
steps:
• peel & dice apples
• mix in a blender
• add your remaining ingredients other than chocolate chips
• pour in a microwave safe container
• add your chocolate chips
• cook in the microwave for 4-5 minutes
macros for each:
calories: 145
carbs: 19.5g
protein: 10.5g
fat: 5.4g
