


Made this for my tea tonight. It’s based on the sausage pasta my Grandma used to make when we were younger. A super comforting, warm meal and you get a lot of food for the cals.
Grilled the chicken sausages in the oven while I quickly fried the corgette and pepper in a little olive oil. Once cooked, I added the cut up sausages, barley, and a little tomato puree to the veggies.
