I just threw in some stuff I had at home and it turned out decently good so I wanna share it with you guys :3

-75g Siggis Skyr 19g protein (I tried making yogurt breakfast with oats and fruits with it but it tasted so bad on its own 😭 so I made this smootie to try and pass it so I don’t waste money and food)

-1 cup frozen strawberries

-40g banana (I don’t like bananas that much, you could put less strawberries and more banana to your liking)

-1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

It totals to 150 calories, with 10.5g protein and 4.5g fiber. With cow milk or another milk alternative you could get even more protein it’s just what I had on hand.
