I adapted this recipe from one I found online (https://www.eatyourselfskinny.com/healthy-turkey-lettuce-wraps/) and itโ€™s so delicious! I ended up eating 3 lettuce cups and it was 270 calories. For 3 lettuce cups, the macros are approximately 16g carbs, 23g protein, and 13g fat. This was super easy to make and would be a great lunch option.
