
Ive been on a pcos diet for a while now, but recently decided to try looking at my calorie intake + the dietary restrictions from that 🙂 Its a learning process figuring out what works for me and what keeps me full/content! Behold, steamed broccoli with lite Italian dressing, 1/2 tbs chili crisp fried eggs (2), sourdough toast with greek yogurt and everything bagel seasoning!
