My ~500 cal lunch for today. (I typically skip breakfast and have bigger portions for lunch and dinner).

8 oz Steamed Idaho potato mixed with a little plain greek yogurt for creaminess, topped with Bumblebee chipotle flavored tuna package.

Toasted German rye bread with a thin layer of spinach artichoke & parmesan spread (made with/ Greek yogurt), topped with a little bit of chopped greens mix, quarter of a small avocado, and grape tomatoes.

Side of sweet mini peppers.

Delicious meal for lunch or dinner. Full of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs. Keeps me full for hours 🙂
