Tonight’s dinner and 4 lunches for the rest of the week, at 343 calories each: salmon fillet, green beans, and cauliflower rice with peas and carrots. Cauliflower rice really is a godsend for high volume, super filling food. If you’re not a fan of cauliflower rice, try mixing in peas and carrots like this (plus some soy sauce and lots of seasonings). As someone who eats well over 1200 calories a day, but is working through a heavy deficit right now, this is some good stuff.
